Quality and compliance

Our supply chain complies with strict EU standards and an implemented hygiene management system. Halal processes are integrated into the process; we provide control and inspection records. Processing and cutting

From the leg to the loin: we cut to your requirements — schnitzel cuts (beef, poultry), steak cuts, boiling beef, raw material for ground meat. Salt profiles are configurable (salted/unsalted). This minimizes waste, achieves consistent cooking results, and speeds up your line.

Packaging and formats

Choose for retail, foodservice, or industry between vacuum, MAP, skin, or bulk. For maximum flexibility, IQF/deep-frozen. Private label including labeling in the desired language. We set the weight ranges and the number of pieces per carton together with your planning.

Logistics and availability

We deliver daily and on time with our own refrigerated fleet and handle exceptions flexibly — even after order cutoff, when it really counts. Strong nationwide across Germany, with export to your target markets. We communicate delivery windows transparently and respond quickly to changes in demand.

Traceability and data

Batches are tracked via ERP-enabled barcode: what was delivered where and when is traceable at any time. This reduces the workload from complaints, speeds up audits, and builds trust across your chain.
