Precise cutting for consistent product quality

Cutting forms an important basis for the quality and further processing of meat products. At Natur All, this process step follows clearly defined procedures and is aligned with the requirements of retail, foodservice, and further-processing operations.

The aim is to provide meat cuts so that they can be further processed by the customer without additional preparation. The focus is on cutting precision, uniform piece sizes, and clean processing.

Cuts for different applications

In addition to classic cuts, special cuts are also produced that are needed in various areas of food production. These include, among others, sliced meat and meat flaps for döner production, prepared to a uniform thickness and width.

The products are generally delivered raw and untreated. Marinades or spices are not used. The only exception is chicken as a frozen product, which can be delivered salted on request.

Offal and other products

In addition to the usual meat cuts, the range also includes various offal, such as liver, heart, and kidneys. These are processed and packaged under the same hygienic conditions as the other products.

Hygiene and traceability

Throughout the entire cutting process, defined hygiene standards and controlled temperatures are maintained. All products are documented by batch and are therefore traceable at any time.
